Messaging terms.
Program
The Capital Desk, operated by Bell Acquisitions, LLC, sends text messages to real estate operators who ask us to follow up on a capital request. Messages cover the status of your file, requests for documents or deal details, scheduling, and replies to questions you send us. Every file gets a manual review, and no text message states or implies an automatic decision on your request.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number on the Capital Snapshot or another form on this site and checking the consent box, or by calling or texting our business number first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any service, and we never share or sell your mobile information or your consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your file. Most operators receive a handful of messages while their request is active, and none after it closes.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not The Capital Desk, sets those rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time. You will get one confirmation that no further messages will be sent, and we will stop. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at the address below.
Support

Eligibility and scope
