What we collect

The Capital Snapshot collects project information you choose to share (location, amount, experience, credit range, project type, deal numbers) and, only after your preliminary match is shown, your contact details. We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank logins, or identity documents through this public site. Sensitive documents are only ever collected later, through a secure portal, for an active review.

How we use it

To evaluate program fit, respond to your inquiry, and, with your consent, communicate about your file and related capital programs. First-party analytics only; we do not sell your information and we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a mobile number and check the consent box, The Capital Desk (operated by Bell Acquisitions, LLC) may contact you by text message and phone about your Capital Snapshot, your file, and related capital programs. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any service. Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your choices

Opt out of communications at any time by replying to any message. To request access to or deletion of your information, email the address on this site and we will handle it promptly.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the team working your file, and records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
